Fishkill resident, Peter Churchill, was sentenced today by Dutchess County Judge, Edward McLoughlin, to twenty two years in prison.
In January, Churchill entered a plea of guilty to two counts of felony assault. The plea is a result of a May 2020 domestic incident in which Churchill stabbed his mother repeatedly, during an attack at the victims Townhouse. While fleeing the scene in his vehicle he struck an elderly neighbor, who later succumbed to his injuries.
